This is a very popular Chinese fast food restaurant. Ordering is done at a central location, and then piping hot trays of dumplings and skewers of meat are brought out to the table.
Waiters & waitresses seem to have areas. After ordering and paying, diners sit down at a table with the receipt. The waiter of the area checks it, and then goes off to find the food and deliver it. Tasty, Zhou and I stuffed ourselves, my favorite, by far, are the skewers.
