Dinner with a couch surfing, Korean – British real estate entrepreneur, and her Boilermaker boyfriend from Ft. Wayne, Indiana...

Seriously? Yes. That's right, Boiler it up in Hong Kong. I meet Herry outside her place, after returning from Macao via the ferry boat. I try to take a taxi, but the guy does not know where it is...so he is looking at his book (and the pennies are ticking away on the meter). I take the book, find it, and we get there no problem. After walking around to the front of the building, I meet up Herry and we have a great conversation about business, life, and me talking about Indiana basketball traditions (yeah B Myers!). Then we go out to eat with her boyfriend, who shows up, has too much work to do to enjoy a drink...until he realizes I'm a fellow Boilermaker from Indiana, and he stands up, shakes my hand, takes off his jacket, orders a bottle of exquisite wine, and we dine and reminisce in Hong Kong about Indiana. Herry sits in pleasant amusement, until we finally move past Indiana. We part ways so they may go out to a movie and enjoy a date together, but before we go, Herry snaps a photo of the two Boilermakers from Indiana in H.K., and I have a new business contact in Asian real estate. Exciting!
