I made it to London…and I’m exhausted. I slept about 45 minuets last night, and I’m exhausted. This is my first trip in a long while traveling/flying with a companion. I miss selecting my own seat (and thus favoring having plenty of open seats next to me to sprawl out onto and sleep flat on). This flight, I was a pillow, shoulder rest, and today I might pay for it. There is a Christmas party tonight for Couch Surfers in Istanbul, Turkey. I need to get some shut eye beforehand. There should be good dancing, socializing, a small gift (anonymous) exchange.
Now I long for a place to nap. It’s 3:50am in South Bend, 8:40 in London. *sigh*
